ViewSonic VPC08 Windows XP Phone

The ViewSonic VPC08 has been spotted in the wild and the XP MID-phone features some nice specs in handheld form. it will be the first Android phone with an HDMI out, and even the first Smart Phone with a HDMI out. Along with the touchscreen there’s an optical mouse for navigating while you’re holding the MID with both hands. The device runs Windows XP and also offers an 800MHz Atom Z500 processor. The ViewSonic VPC08 has a QWERTY full keyboard, mouse buttons, a 4.3-inch touchscreen and also users can also take advantage of the devices 2 inch external display. In addition the has 512MB RAM, 8GB SSD, Wi-Fi, and 1200mAh battery. The VPC08 also features a 3.5mm headphone jack and a MicroSDHC card slot for added memory up to 16GB. It also offers a built-in camera, although it’s only pushing out 2MP. Unsubsidized pricing is estimated at $800.
