Spotify released Symbian based smartphones

Spotify has now been released for Symbian based smartphones. By launching Spotify for Symbian phones, they have opened up to a huge market. Previously the service was only available for iPhone and Android phones. Just like other versions of the software on mobile phones, Spotify requires that you are a premium member of their service to use the mobile app. Premium service is charged at £9.99/month and gives you access to a huge catalogue of music that can be listened to either on or off-line. As well as benefiting from higher bit-rates on your computer you also do not hear any ads on the service… just the music you want to listen to.
