EKING S515 MID phone is ready to hit the market this month
Shenzhen Guangxuntong Communication Technology Co., Ltd has released a new Mobile Internet Device (MID) for the Chinese market called the Eking S515. The device sports a 5-inch WSVGA 800 x 480 display, a 1.2GHz Intel Atom Z515 processor, an Intel GMA 500 graphics card, a 1GB RAM, a 16GB SSD hard drive, a sliding QWERTY keyboard, a 0.3MP camera, 3G support, WiFi, an optional Windows XP or Linux OS and supports for China Telecom CDMA2000, China Mobile TD-SCDMA and China Unicom WCDMA 3G network. The Eking S515 MID is now available in China for a price tag of 4880 Yuan (about $715).
