Desktop Manager 5.0.0.8 now available from RIM
RIM has gotten Desktop Manager 5.0 up for download. It’s been leaked last month, and released by Verizon a couple days ago, but now you can get the “flavor” of DM you prefer: Multilanguage with Media Manager or without, and the English-only version with Media Manager, and without Media Manager, as well as a cadre of USB and modem device drivers. I’ve said it a lot, if you sync your contacts and calendar manually via USB, you’ll like this DM version for its lightening fast speed.
