Dell is working on Android MID — the Streak
Wall Street Journal earlier reported that Dell was working on an Android MID. Now some images and a video of a prototype device known as the Streak emerged by a Vietnamese mobile site. Running Android 2.0, the Streak boasts 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity, a 5? WVGA multitouch capacitive display, Android 2.0 Donut MID, complete with wireless fidelity, Bluetooth and 3G WAN connectivity, 5 megapixel camera with dual-LED flash, Bluetooth, microSD and a 1300 mAh battery. Dell seems to have placed a front-facing camera on the device. Three touch-sensitive buttons feature on the Dell Streak, along with volume controls on the side panel. What we also get to see is a device a bit bigger than the iPod Touch from Apple.
