Alltel Wireless is start selling of the Samsung DoubleTake handset on Thursday, Nov. 5, in Alltel retail stores and online at alltel.com. With the holiday season right around the corner, texters should put this phone at the top of their wishlist to Santa. The Samsung DoubleTake includes a sliding full QWERTY keyboard – great for sending a quick text to a friend or a holiday-themed photo to the entire family. The phone’s Bluetooth capabilities, built in speakerphone and internal phone book with up to 1000 entries keeps Alltel customers connected, even during the busiest time of year. Available in bold red and sleek charcoal gray, the Samsung DoubleTake also includes a 1.3 megapixel camera and a vibrant, full-color external LCD screen. The Samsung DoubleTake is available for $39.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate with activation of a 1-year service contract on a qualifying rate plan.
