Alexander Amosu designed Diamond Aura handset for Motorola
Motorola has announced a Diamond Aura handset which was designed by Alexander Amosu. The Aura Diamond edition is plated in 18 carat gold with 34 diamonds in which 30 of the diamonds surround the phone’s circular display. The hardware itself has had a lot of attention – 130 ball bearings move the front cover and the display lens is scratch-resistant and 62 karats. Apart from all the bling, everything else remains the same including quad-band GSM/EDGE connectivity, CrystalTalk technology, stereo Bluetooth, music and video playback support, a 2-megapixel camera and 2GB of internal memory. Motorola Aura Diamond Edition should be available starting October 26. As for the price, well, the phone costs no less than £3,500 (about €3,815 or $5,730).
