Windows Live for Windows Mobile devices has just been released by Microsoft. It is not to be confused with Live Search for Windows Mobile. Windows Live for Windows Mobile integrates Windows Live Search, Hotmail, and Spaces into user’s Windows Mobile devices. On earlier occasions, Microsoft only gave this software to OEM’s, and that meant that if users bought a Windows Mobile device that didn’t have it pre-installed, they wouldn’t be able to install it, though as per usual, hackers have previously leaked unsupported builds on the net. And it puzzles me why Microsoft omits Windows Live Messenger for Windows Mobile in this downloadable version of the software. It still remains an OEM option, where the device maker must chose between the default Windows Messenger, or Windows Live Messenger.
