There sure are many of those Chinese iPhone fakes out there, but apparently the HiPhone is the one that is having the most success. So yes, Apple is going to see to it that they don’t get too far ahead with their cheap knock offs. It appears that Apple’s European counsel Bird & Bird has delivered at least one notice to an unnamed distributor threatening €25,000 in damages (and €15,000 in legal fees) for HiPhone sales. Not the biggest trial, but still interesting!
