The OT-S211 is an entry level candy bar phone from Alcatel. The phone comes with the most basic of functions, and makes available enough room for 25 names and numbers. It has a T9 dictionary to help with texting and has a small yet very functioning rubber keypad. And despite it’s intended budget market status, it still sports a calculator, alarm clock and related functions, and a simple game for your entertainment.
