Verizon is marking the accounts for customers

The exchange rule for Verizon is if you exchange the phone for more then 3x times then you can get a different type of phone with similar features. And i came to find out that now verizon is marking the custoemrs accounts who are exchanging the phone for more then 3 times.
What i think is, may be verizon found out that some customers are abusing this system and they are trying to find out more about it. But anywayz , watch out.
