Mobinaute reports that Asus is working on a new PDA phone, in a form factor similar to Nokia Communicator - Asus M930. Asus M930 Communicator will open just like a book and will have two screens, bigger internal and smaller external one and full QWERTY keyboard. Asus M930 PDA phone will run on Marvel PXA27x 520 MHz chip, will have 256MB of Flash ROM and 180MB of RAM, Windows Mobile 6.0 OS and will have GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS and 3.6 Mbps HSDPA connectivity. It will also be equipped with 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera, FM Tuner, WI-Fi and Bluetooth.
In fact, the new Asus device appears to get the job done better than the enV. Featuring tri band GSM (900/1800/1900 Mhz), as well as support for GPRS, EDGE, 3G (2100 Mhz) and HSDPA at 3.6 Mbps, the multi-networked. Asus M930 is expected to launch in Europe in Q1, 2008. The Windows Mobile 6 device doesn't seem to have a release date or price as of yet.
