Default Wireless customers found more satisfied with Tmobile again!!

Wireless-phone customers say their problems are being fixed more quickly and they give the highest marks once again to T-Mobile USA Inc., according to a study by noted consumer-research firm J.D. Power & Associates.

J.D. Power said 81% of the 10,500 wireless subscribers contacted for its twice-a-year survey reported their problems were "resolved in a timely manner," up from 75% in 2004. Customers reported fewer dropped calls or loss of coverage.

The survey suggests the mobile industry is enjoying greater success at keeping subscribers loyal. In an increasingly saturated U.S. market, carriers have spent more money to improve customer service in anticipation of a slowdown in subscriber growth.
