1. Customers pay in advance
customers need to pay the total monthly service charge before 12:01 A.M of the first day of the next monthly cycle, or their account will be suspended. Reminders are sent to customers to complete payment before the start of the monthly service cycle. customers can use any available payment options

- The total monthly service charge includes the following
- Rate plan fee, taxes/fees
- Optional services and Features
- $4.99 Control Charge - waived if customers sign up for EasyPay

- The Total start-up costs at activation include the following
- Monthly Service Charge for the First MOnth
- Hadset and accessories costs, plus taxes and fees
- Full Price for month to month service
- Rebate/Discount Available if credit check approves annual contract

2. Spend Control Feature
With FlexPay there are no overage charges because the plan stops customers from making additional calls after all the whenever minutes are used. Customers can still use any included unlimited features, like nights and weekends, mobile - to mobile or my FAves with unlimited domestic calling to any five people. customers can check how many whenever minutes are left for the monthly service cycle by dialing #MIN# from their handset. They Will also get a voice reminder when there are 25Whenever minutes left.

3. Flex Account
Each Flexpay plan comes with a flex account that gives customers access to great features such as international calling, ringtones, and messaging. Customers can Load their flexaccount using prepaid refills and they must have funds in their flexaccount to enjoy these services and features. To help them get started, T-Mobile puts $5 i the FlexAccount at activation

Additional Information
Monthly service charge and fees are not returnable at anytime

Late Payment
If customers don't pay on time, the service plan is suspended . Customers can still make/receive calls, send/receive messages, and use other optional services with their flex account balance.
Customers can reinstate service during the service cycle. Payment can be made for the rest of the month on a prorated basis - available minutes and messages are also prorated based on when payment is made. Customers can check the exact balance due by dialing #BAL#

Termination
Annual Contract - customers must make a monthly service payment wihtin 45 days, or the account is terminated and subject to an ETF

Month - To - Month Customers must have some billable activity - phone call, message, montly service account payment - within 90days or the account is terminated. no ETF is applied

Flexpay customers can choose from all of T-Mobile's National rate plans, add-ons, and features, except for
- Hotspot @Home add-On
- Regional Plans
- Caller Tunes
- Call Forwarding


With Flexpay, Customers have two contract options
- Month - To - Month - Flexpay customers pay full price for the handset of their choice

- Annual Contract - like postpaid customers, annual contract flexpay customers are eligible for handset discounts and rebates based on contract terms, subject to a qualifying credit history. T-Mobile provides the mail - in rebate , and the retail partner provides the discount. Contracts can be 1 or 2 yr contracts.
