Its Tmobiles new add on unlimited call at any wifi location . Any customer can get this . The only catch is only two types of phone can work like this ( Samsung T409 and the Nokia 6086.)Its an add on for $9.99 to any plan . What is does it let you talk unlimited when you are at tmobiles hotspot ( starbucks, airports , bookstores etc) and in any area where you can have wireless connection ( wifi ). 10 bucks can get you unlimited calling now.
