Expiration time of day for to go minutes??

Account status at *TOGO says "your balance expires at midnight July 7."

Midnight is an ambiguous term (which is why contracts and such always say 12:01 am or 11:59 pm. but for tmobile is a minute early aso re-fill by 11:59 pm on 7/21 or sooner.
