Sprint's answer to Annoying customer

Wow, sprint says NO to more then 1000 wireless customers after they called the customer care over and over again. Some of them have called the customer care more then 300 time, where each time they got transferred counted as 1. But still, how chould sprint can do such a ting where the maket is pushing customer service.
Only this year alone sprint lost more then 200,000 of their highly profitable customers. Compare to last year new activations sprint was shy by 40%. I guess that want enought for sprint, they wanted more of those . What i hear in the wirless industry is " Sprint, yes, they will sprint with your money" is really coming in life.
