Hello all,
If you are using the SCP8500 and using the Sprint Mail application, if you are experiencing freezes on this phone, use this command

##EMAILRST#

and that will eliminate any freezes related to the Sprint Mobile Mail application. Please post your results, if you have this problem and if it works or doesn't and we will be here for assistance.
