Effective Sept 24th:
New: Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, Group Calling are now available on Pay As You Go™ at no monthly charge
Great news! All customers activating on Pay As You Go as of September 24, 2007 will receive Call Waiting, Call Forwarding and Group Calling services automatically. Existing customers may opt into these services by calling Melanie at *611 or 1-800-575-9090. These services have no monthly fee and are charged on a pay per use basis at the customer’s applicable per minute rate.
Adding or removing Call Waiting, Call Forwarding, and Group Calling is easy. Customers can simply call Melanie at *611 or 1-800-575-9090, say “no” to add money (or press 2), say “phone features” (or press 3), then say “wireless essentials” (or press 2).
