i have found some nice pic of the new Blackberry Pearl with wifi pics at pinstack.com and i am posting then here.

The New Pearl 8120...
-OS 4.3 installed
-WiFi w/ WiFi browser - but no built-in GPS (will most likely depend on the carrier)
-Improved version of SureType
-Improved email layout and display
