Cingular MMS Settings:

-Settings' name: MMS
-Homepage: http://mmsc.cingular.com
-Session mode: Permanent
-Data bearer: GPRS
-Select Bearer settings.
-GPRS access point: wap.cingular
-IP address: 66.209.11.61
-Authentication type: Normal
-User name: WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
-Password: CINGULAR1

And that will do it.
