Default Nokia 6131i is the world's first business NFC-enabled mobile

Nokia 6131i is the world's first business NFC-enabled mobile phone coming soon to China. NFC (Near Field Communication) is a short-range wireless technology that enables the communication between mobile devices over a short distance.

It operates at 13.56MHz frequency, provides fast data transfer speeds (up to 424Kbps) and is compatible with other wireless technologies, including Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. This is a new way of data interchange with almost unlimited possibilities.

NFC can be used with a variety of devices, from mobile phones that enable payment or transfer information to digital cameras that send their photos to a TV set with just a touch. The possibilities are endless.

I also know that tmobile is talking about a new comcept of portable tower. So when the customer goes outside the coverage area then the big tower will communicate with the smaller portable tower and the cell phoness will communiate throug the small portable tower. I think this nokia phone will help tmobile to launch their product.
