I wanted to replace my current Nokia 6126 with a slider phone. The 6126 pulls in our weak signals (rural area) pretty well and keeps them. Other than that - I don't like the phone.
Just received a Nokia E65 that I ordered from Amazon. I love the phone - except it doesn't pull in or keep the signal nearly as well as the 6126. A week before that, I bought a Sony Ericsson w580i and returned it - the phone sound was muffled and it got a very poor signal. So that's why I ordered the Nokia E65. I figured since my current 6126 got a pretty good signal, it must be that I needed a Nokia phone...until the E65 arrived. Okay - I have 30 days to return the Nokia to Amazon. I need any and all advice on which phones/manufacturers pull in a weaker (rural) signal better than others. Even my son's Razr seems to get better reception than this new E65, which I absolutely love otherwise. Thanks! |

hmm, you for a tough one. I am a Nokia fan, i love Nokia products then any SE or Moto product. But it seems like its not the phone , its the coverage and if possible can you try out another moto branded phone ( not Razr) Krazr may be, and see which works better. I really cant tell how can you a krazr but at least that what i can think of.
