Kyocera buy Snayo mobile unit for CASH

Kyocera Corporation today announced that it has reached a definitive agreement with SANYO Electric Co. to acquire SANYO’s mobile phone business effective April 1, 2008. I wonder how strong is Kyocera's cash flow that they pay the bill cash. watch out for the stock.
