Gamestop has this little book/folder for NEW GAME RELEASES, game hardware, etc. which allows customers to reserve a copy of a certain game. Say for example, you know that you want to pick up HALO 3 when it comes out but you also know that a lot of other people are going to get it too. so to ensure a copy for yourself you just put $5 down towards the price of the game and they hold a copy just for you which they cant sell to anybody else. When the Helio Ocean was up for reserves, it was $100 down to reserve it.... the Fin is also 100 down to reserve.
