How to program a previously activated Helio with my number

To program your previously activated Helio device, select it from the list below and follow the steps displayed:

Hero
Power on the device.
At the main device screen enter the following using the keypad:
##43546#636# - The Nam1 screen will be displayed.
Press 1 - The MDN screen will be displayed.
Press the Helio Flame key (Edit).
Press the Back button to delete the number.
When you see a blinking cursor, enter your Mobile number (without dashes).
Press the upper right soft key (Save) - Saving will be displayed briefly on the screen.
Press 1 - The MIN screen will be displayed.
Press the Helio Flame key (Edit).
Press the Back button to delete the number.
When you see a blinking cursor, enter your Activation Code (without dashes).
Press the upper right soft key (Save) - Saving will be displayed briefly on the screen.
Press the red End button.
Enter your Activation Code (without dashes).
When complete press the Helio Flame key (OK) to power cycle the device.
After the device powers up, it should be ready to go!


Kickflip
Power on the device.
At the main device screen enter the following using the keypad:
##43546#636# - The Service Programming screen will be displayed.
Scroll down and select Edit.
Press the Helio Flame key - The Edit MDN screen will be displayed.
Enter your Mobile number (without dashes).
Press the Helio flame key - The Edit MSID screen will be displayed.
Enter your Activation code (without dashes).
Press the Helio Flame key.
Scroll down to Done.
Press the Helio Flame key - Processing new number, phone will restart will be displayed briefly.
After the device powers up, it should be ready to go!


Drift
Power on the device
At the main device screen enter the following using the keypad:
##43546#636# - The SVC Menu screen will be displayed.
Press 2 (Edit) - The NAM1 screen will be displayed.
Enter your Mobile number (without dashes).
Press the Helio Flame key. - The NAM1 MSID screen will be displayed.
Enter your Activation code (without dashes).
Press the red End button - EXIT Service Programming will be displayed.
After the device powers up, it should be ready to go!


Heat
At the main device screen enter the following using the keypad:
##43546#636# - The SVC Menu screen will be displayed.
Press 2 (Edit) - The NAM1 screen will be displayed
Enter your Mobile number (without dashes)
Press the Helio Flame - The NAM1 MSID screen will be displayed.
Enter your Activation Code (without dashes).
Press the Helio Flame key.
Press the red End button - EXIT Service Programming will be displayed.
After the device powers up, it should be ready to go!


Ocean
Power on the device.
At the main device screen enter the following using the keypad:
##43546#636# - The Mobile Number Dir. screen will be displayed.
Press 2 (Edit) - The Enter MDN (10 digits) screen will be displayed.
Press the Back button several times to delete the number.
Enter your Mobile Number (without dashes)
Press the Helio Flame key - The Enter MSID (10 digits) screen will be displayed.
Press the Back button several times to delete the number.
Enter your Activation Code (without dashes).
Press the Helio Flame key.
Press 3 (Done).
The device will power down and power back up.
After the device powers up, it should be ready to go!
