Whats up with XE mobile??

I heard that XE mobile prepaid service is about to close down. It might have something to do with them having no subscribers - and their only loyal customers were buying their phones in bulk for export.

In any event, I hear their private equity has split, there is no inventory to speak of in the channel and their active subscriber base is almost non-existant.
