I would have done my intro a lot earlier, but it wasn't until I scrolled alllllll the way down and saw this header that I realized that I should be telling you who I am.
I'm a former cs rep/sr rep for the big pink T in one of their call centers. I left there because of the hour and a half drive each way to and from work. I ended up going to work for a specialized call center at the blue death star (just as it was getting ready to become the orange splat), and have been there since. Both of them had their good points and their bad. I say this as a customer and as an employee.
It looks like you're off to a good start and hopefully you'll give another "well known forum" a run for their money on being able to provide information.
