Default Program you Motorola SLVR with Cricket



Overview:

1. Ultra thin bar design
2. Web browsing, Cricket Clicks, SMS, & MMS capable
3. VGA camera w/ video recorder
4. MP3 player
5. Quick Start Instructions


To start your Cricket service, just follow these easy instructions:

1. Charge your battery overnight.
2. Read these instructions and have a pen ready before you call to set up service.
3. If you have signed up for Cricket service, a valid Social Security or Driver's License Number will be required to activate your phone. Please have this information ready when you call to activate your Cricket phone.
4. Once your battery is charged, call 1-800-CRICKET from a different phone.
5. A Cricket representative will give you your new Cricket phone number. Please write this number down for future reference.
6. Program your Cricket phone number into your Cricket phone using the instructions on the following page.


Programming your Cricket phone

Over-The-Air Programming:

A. Turn on your phone using the red power/end button
B. Dial *228 and press the send key
C. The display will prompt "Start Activation?"
D. Press the left soft key "Yes", to start the activation process and follow the voice prompts
E. If your phone fails to program over the air please refer to the keypad instructions below


Keypad Programming:

1. From the main screen enter 74663# then quickly press the CLR button two times
2. You will see ENTER SUBSIDY CODE
3. Enter 333333 (3 six times)
4. Press the OK button
5. You will see the USER ACTIVATION screen
6. Press the OK button to select the MIN
7. Press and hold the CLR button for 4 seconds to erase all numbers in the field
8. Enter your new 10 digit Cricket Mobile ID Number (MIN)
9. Press the right soft key to select OK
10. Arrow down twice to access the MDN field
11. Press the OK button to select MDN
12. Press and hold the CLR button for 4 seconds to erase all numbers in the field
13. Enter your 10 digit Cricket phone number (MDN)
14. Press the right soft key to select OK
15. Press the right soft key to select DONE
16. Press the red power/end button to exit. Your phone will reset.
