It has been confirmed from the att CSR that att set up a special department to handle sales for legacy accounts being terminated/converted to orange plan. This is the third person that has told me that ALL legacy are being converted. it means that if you are a legacy customer then your service will be terminated and you have to switch to a regular orange gsm plan with new phones. Currently att is offering the customers to switch to a orange plan with 200 bonus minutes .Att reps told me that they are sending out letters to inform legacy customers both CDMA and BLUE gsm customers. Also they do the FREE2GO treatment if you want which not confirmed yet. I will try to find out more as well as will keep the forum posted.

I don't normally deal with retention, but I'll look up what the policy is on Monday when I go back to work. It is true that they are "sunsetting" the blue accounts. The way that it sits at this moment is that the blue TDMA's had a price increase to be able to keep the TDMA services. It was $4.99 and recently went up to $9.99.
Ghengis....next time send me an email on stuff like this. I coulda had your answer already if I was more dedicated about spending time in front of my own computer instead of my xbox.
