Default How to keep your ATT Prepaid # for your contract #

I get this questiona lot at my work. Nad here it is:

Customer are now able to change from PrePaid to PostPaid and KEEP THEIR MOBILE NUMBER! Customers wanting to do this change must go to any ATT/CIngular Retail Store.
(This works Postpaid to Prepaid as well)

Expectations (Did you know?):
-redit Check; possible deposit (paid in full)
-KEEP your own Wireless Pre-Paid Number
-Any residual balance from Orange GSM Pre-Paid will be forwarded as credit to new PostPaid Account (NOTE: Remaining unused "Refill Cards are NOT refundable)
-Must have a ATT/Cingular GSM device
-An upgrade of new equipment may require a contract
-The New PostPaid Account will be assessed an $18 fee for any equipment upgrade
-The New Post-Paid account may require a contract
