cheapest plan/plans for 7 lines ???

we are needing to cut down our phone bill each month due to the cost of living. is there any ways to get 7 lines ( one line with unlimited text message) for the lowest price ? we don't need much minute. i am thinking about the prepaid phone too; just don't know which plan to go. please help.

Ps: we currently have 2 T-mobile familly plans ( 5 lines with unlimited message, 2 lines) and paying over $200 dollars a month.

Assuming all the lines are using majority of the minutes calling within the tmobile network.

First 5 lines 1000 minutes with unlimited text for family ( put the lines which texts a lot here )
Base Price : $69.99 ( for first 2 lines)
Add a line: $9.99 x 3 ( for the rest 3 lines)
Unltd Text: $19.99 ( it allows for all the lines to do unlimited text/pic/videp msg )
Total = $ 120 + tax

For the rest 2 lines with the least usage you can get 700 minutes with base price $59.99 plus tax. ( if the minute usage is really low then you can replace this 2 lines into prepaid but you need to be carefull about it )

Your Grand total will be $180 plus tax , which should be less then $210 per month WITHOUT any extra downloading.

PS: Can you post the avg minutes usage for each of the lines for last 3 months?? You can call 611 ( customer service) and ask them to give you the daytime minutes usage calling OUTSIDE tmobile network for each of the lines for last 3 months. That may help you to save some more money.
