The Ultimate Modded iPhones Headset

wow, I have never seen this before a modded apple headset and it actually works fine. One of the member at appleinsider has done this. This was the result of asking for the functionality of the iPhone's headphones with the mic and button with the sound quality of my IEMs so it resulted the following mod. Let me know what you think.

Items needed:
-The original cable from the headphones that came with the iPhone
-Any headphones of choice (he used the Crossroads Mylarone X3s for it)
-Soldering iron
-Solder
-Hot glue and
-Superglue
