yes, you have pay for the extended hrs.
Rememebr if you make a call before the free minutes timeline and talk continiously after the time line then it will count as your whever minutes.
I realy didnt get your example ( 5.30 plus 60 minutes is 6.30 pm , still it will use your minutes)
Lets put it this way: if you call someone at 8.30 pm and talk till 9.30 pm non stop then that 1 hr will go against your whenever minutes since you started talking before the free minutes timline. To solve it , you shuld hang up at 9.01 and then call back again. That way you will be using only 30 minutes and other 30 minutes will be free.
