This is not an iphone nano, i can assure you that. just look at the last pic and look closely at the button. clearly there has been editing done. And to my understanding the iphone does not have a silver/chorme design on the ear part. This is bascially a cheap knock off chinese phone or an mp4 player with the buttons from a iphone copied and pasted on it. Here is an example of a mp4 player which looks like an iphone.
only if the guy hadn't put the last picture, he could have gotten away with it.
